Bray and Slaughter have been awarded this project by our new Customer, Bath College.
The project was secured through a competitive tendering process in competition with others and will comprise of the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the fourth and fifth floors of the McCauley building in the historic city of Bath.
Extensive refurbishment works will see both floors transformed into teaching/learning space for the Institute of Technology Facilities.
The project programme will continue until the second quarter of 2021.
