This design and construct project was negotiated following the success of an adjacent scheme.
The works which have commenced this week comprise the refurbishing of teaching and learning spaces along with a number of digital suites for the college together with the refurbishment of another floor within the Macaulay building. The completed facility will be utilised by the Institute of Technology.
The Herschel building refurbishment will create two new science laboratories on the 4th floor and works to The Forge building will see the transformation of an art studio into a creche on the ground floor.
