We have recently been awarded an office fit-out in Capital Quarter, Cardiff for our new Client, Geldards LLP Law Firm.
The project includes the Cat B fitting out of the 6th and 7th floors of a newly completed Grade A, BREEAM Excellent building.
Works include the provision of partitioning and other general fitting out to include offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen and break-out areas and significant mechanical and electrical alterations and improvements.
The project is due for completion in the Summer 2020.
