Bray & Slaughter have completed the fast track fit-out to the 6th and 7th floors of an office development at Capital Quarter in Cardiff for Geldards Solicitors.
Works included the provision of partitioning and other general fitting out to include offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and break out areas and significant mechanical and electrical alterations and improvements.
Commencing just prior to the Coronavirus pandemic becoming prevalent in the UK we were faced with further challenges. Located in a city centre environment with limited parking for vehicular deliveries and access to the 6th & 7th floors via one lift in which to transport materials. Despite these challenges the project was delivered safely, whilst ensuring social distancing was in place and to the highest quality standard.
