We are delighted to have secured the enabling works contract to refurbish the former Bath premises of Duck Son & Pinker. This complex and logistically challenging scheme includes roofing upgrades, internal improvements, new utilities provision and dilapidations works and is our first scheme with Aaron Evans Architects and Bath based Future Heritage. The scheme will be run by Gary Lott and Paul Brown.
