Works have completed at Goldney Hall for the University of Bristol. This time critical project was undertaken whilst the project remained occupied. Careful consideration was given to the logistics surrounding access/egress into the building to ensure that all stakeholders were not disrupted and that their health and safety was not compromised.
Works comprised of layout alterations and structural works, the creation of study and communal areas and the formation of meeting and administration spaces, together with the installation of new kitchenettes. Structural works were required to open up and support load bearing aspects of the building to suit the proposed layout. Additional beams and columns were included to allow spaces to be opened up and better provide the room requirements.
