Jobes Green & Dairy Farm Completion

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Jobes Green & Dairy Farm Refurbishment.

The project comprised of complex structural repairs and major upgrades to the building fabric to two large farmhouses which form part of the estate of our client, Horizon Nuclear. The farmhouses have been vacant for a substantial period of time and close collaboration with the local conservation officer and design team ensured that existing details and repair methodologies were respected. The scheme also included significant propping and temporary works due to the level of dilapidation to elements of the project and liaison with natural England over protection of roosting bats.

These large farmhouses have been sympathetically refurbished with new log burners, building services, kitchens, bathrooms and ff&e and will shortly be available for long term let, we are delighted with the standard of finish we have achieved and look forward to completing further schemes across the estate.

Grant Jefferies - Managing Director commented: "These two farm buildings have enhanced our portfolio of refurbishments to Grade II listed buildings set within rural locations.
Through close liaison with the Conservation Officer we have sensitively improved the quality of the existing facilities which will be utilised by new tenants".
