We are pleased to announce that we have secured a 26 week contract with Knightstone Housing Association to refurbish Knightstone Place in Weston-super-Mare. The property is a 3 storey building of 1970s construction providing 30no sheltered accommodation flats and communal areas and facilities for the elderly.
Works comprise of new bathrooms to the flats, fire upgrade works to the flats and to the communal areas, a re-configured communal lounge and kitchen space along with creating access to the rear garden through newly formed patio doors. In addition the reception area will undergo structural alterations and will be fully refurbished to give a more spacious entrance area. Bray and Slaughter have worked with Knightstone Housing for many years and are pleased to continue their relationship with them on this exciting project which will be managed by Neil Madeley and Matthew Cooper.
