We are delighted to have secured the external upgrade and internal refurbishment of the 4 storey Midland Bridge House in Bath. This prominent site will provide 18,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation including highly efficient building services, new passenger lift, open plan floor plates and new high performance windows. The 18 week project will be completed by Site Manager Brynley Channon and Assistant Stuart Walton and continues on from a number of successful commercial sector refurbishments that we have completed over the last 12 months.
