This complex scheme involved a high level of liaison with the project stakeholders as the building remained operational throughout the build period.
Works comprised of the strip out of all internal walls, windows, services and the existing entrance lobby. New curtain walling was installed with a high quality glazed entrance lobby, forming a new case conference room and offices.
Facilities provided included a new café/servery area, private meeting rooms with demountable partitions and a Shopmobility area.
This was a fast track programme of thirteen weeks which required intrinsic sequencing and organisation of trades to ensure the project was completed on time and to budget.
