Scope of work:
The full strip out and refurbishment of a two storey office development including the reconfiguration of externals

A fast track 18 week project evolved from completing shell and core refurbishment for a prospective tenant into a fully defined serviced office space.

Mechanical and electrical packages within the Hillside project drove the programme and formed the critical path.

Careful sequencing required as our sub-contractors were working in numerous areas of the building and locating plant and equipment within ceiling, floor and wall voids.

Highly specified WCs, shower and kitchen facilities alongside new parking and bike storage arrangements have helped to transform existing redundant spaces into a modern office development which has already attracted a high profile tenant.
