Scope of work:
Removal of existing modular bedroom block including all associated roof mounted plant. Complete renovation and alteration of existing single storey flat roofed Block 15 to form bedroom suite and Chemotherapy area. Construction of a new extension to the Chemotherapy area with flat roof and cavity blockwork walls.

High quality finish, in line with hospital cleanliness guidelines.

High levels of dust extraction and suppression during construction works, so not to interfere with nearby oncology patients.
