Design and Build contract to refurbish the reception area and provide alterations to offices throughout the 7-storey Grade A office building.
The building is of the highest specification and polished steel hand hammered art was imported from Italy. The works also included a new bespoke reception desk which was manufactured and installed by the Bray & Slaughter in-house joinery team.
Also included within the works was a complex integration of the M&E services.
This city centre project was handed over within programme and to budget.
