Scope of work:
Creating a pilot scheme of bedroom areas along with the refurbishment of the external store to construct a new study space for the students.

Works took place at the Clevelands off-campus residences during the summer vacation 2009.

The project required close liaison with the clients representatives as well as the key subcontractors to ensure that it was completed in accordance with the client programme.
Works were completed to a high standard of finish and on time.

The project created a new vivid appearance to each area refurbished and were ready to inhabit at the start of term in September 2009.

The pilot scheme was extremely successful and the University are now rolling it out across their accommodation portfolio.
