Scope of work:
Formation of full height (8.000m) quiet wall system, infrastructure and construction of staging & external stairways. Full internal refurbishment, including seating, audio visual, flooring decorations and management of fresh air ventilation and advanced electrical/lighting systems.

Fast track formation of a new 250 seat  Lecture Theatre, entrance event space  and display room. Works included formation of a new acoustic wall and  ceiling to achieve a high level db requirement commensurate with a teaching environment.

We managed and co-ordinated metal framed staging, seating and full audio visual capabilities. We installed new ventilation, lighting and life safety systems into the project.

This project allowed us to demonstrate our skills in terms of high quality bespoke joinery, upgrades of internal finishes and working in an occupied building. We were able to meet a challenging programme and ensure that the facility was operational for the start of term.

The quality of the completed finish was a direct result of our ability to manufacture off site, a commitment to craft training and the in house management skills of our team.
