We are delighted to have secured this £1m high-end conversion project in Clifton. The project comprises the demolition of the existing mansard structure and construction of a new third and fourth floor to create a three bed duplex apartment with fantastic views overlooking Bristol and the surrounding area. The remaining floors will be converted to create a further two number three bed apartments with the ground floor being converted into office space. This 36 week project will be managed by Lawrence Slade and Derek Payne.
