Bray and Slaughter are pleased to announce that they are the chosen contractor for the £1.5million relocation of the Sterile Services Department for Southmead Hospital. This project is an offshoot of the new Southmead Hospital project and entails fitting out an existing industrial unit with steelwork, metsec, raised access flooring, partitioning, whiterock and a large amount of plant including associated mechanical and electrical works. The tender procedure was particularly complicated on this project but with some careful planning and innovative ideas, we were able to offer a method of works which not only met the clients programme but also kept the project cost at a competitive level.
