The phased internal works to create the newly refurbished Claverton Rooms at University Bath have handed over to our client. We transformed a dark and dated internal space into a bright contemporary dining and function space.
The large format external windows were at the end of their life and were replaced with high performance composite frames, improving natural daylight, ventilation and sightlines across campus. Through clever sequencing and planning we were able to salvage and refurbish the junkers hardwood flooring, along with the upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems to leave a stunning new space for our client UoBath AHS.
