B&S are pleased to have secured a re-roofing contract for Bath University. The work includes re-covering an existing standing seam roof with insulation and single ply membrane. This will increase the current U values and provide a 20 year waterproof guarantee for the main sports hall roof in their Sports Training Village. Following steel support installation, the existing rooflights will be over-decked and covered using the single ply membrane to create a waterproof seal. Works will commence late October and will be managed on site by Lee Wilson.
