Following the completion of the enabling works and a further tender process, we are now mobilising for the start of a complex refurbishment and fit out of the H Floor of The School of Medicine at the University. The works include demolition, complex mechanical services, new roofing and hygienic finishes. We are following similar design intent at the Vet School. Works are due to be completed in 22 weeks and will be managed by Leighton McCarthy, Bart Bristow and Derek Payne.
