Works are due to commence shortly for the University of Bristol Estates Department on two of the Osborne Villas. The project comprises the internal and external refurbishment of the Villas including the demolition of part of the existing building and construction of a rear single storey extension to create 4no 1 bed flats per dwelling. Externally, works will include overhauling existing roofs, the refurbishment and renewal of sash windows and new front entrance doors along with hard and soft landscaping to the front and rear gardens. This is an exciting project and will be managed by Mike Eckersley and Lawrence Slade.
