Vacant buildings transformed into student homes for our Client Urban Creation

pwmhWe have successfully completed the extension and repurposing of 2 long-empty former office buildings in Bristol city centre into stylish student homes.

The £4.5 million refurbishment of the Grade II listed 1980s building was recently completed and resulted in the creation of 75 student homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, a large communal space, a 30-seat cinema, a fully equipped gym as well as a bike store.

The project posed a number of challenges, specifically it’s location within Colston Street, in Bristol’s busy city centre and the desire to preserve and enhance the listed part of the 1980s buildings.

The completed project namely Prince William and Matthew House is the 4th project we have successfully delivered for Urban Creation since 2011.
