We are pleased to announce a recent contract award for the refurbishment of the Old Station Building in Newport for Cardiff University. The project comprises the refurbishment of a 1920s building partially occupied by Newport City Council. The works include refurbishment to 3 floors set out as large open plan office areas to be subdivided to provide a variety of room sizes suited to the university's teaching styles. Upon completion the office space will also accommodate the National Software Academy which aims to address the national shortage of skilled programming and software engineering graduates.

Grant Jefferies - Bray and Slaughter Managing Director said: "We are pleased to have secured another project for Cardiff University and continue to build upon the existing relationships established with this important Client throughout the duration of the framework agreement".
