We are just commencing phase 2 of the fire separation works at Avon Park Retirement Village near Bradford on Avon. The work consists of creating fire separation within the top floor of the building and a full building re-wire including new lighting, power and fire alarm. We will also be upgrading the bathrooms so that they are DDA compliant and applying new floor and wall finishes to provide a complete service. The project is situated within an occupied building with elderly residents situated very close to the works. Health and safety will be a key consideration and we will be maintaining a high level of communication with the stakeholders to ensure that works are programmed to cause minimal disruption to residents, employees and all building users.
