Works have commenced on the refurbishment and upgrading of 25 King Street in Bristol City Centre. Our first project with client Ignis Real Estate, who manage a portfolio of £3bn worth of property, is being managed by Lawrence Slade and Kalvin Smith and is due for completion in September 2013. Works involve complex M&E installations, the construction of a new plantroom, upgraded common areas and WCs and open plan offices with raised access floors and new internal finishes. This challenging commercial fit out follows on from the successful delivery of Hillside Court (now Jelf Insurance HQ) and Midland Bridge House in Bath.
