We are thrilled to be starting work for our new client, Urban Creation on the 4th March. Our first project for them is a two-storey new build contract comprising of a timber frame and sedum roof on Tyndalls Park Road. The project will create 16 student bedrooms, comprising of 14 studios and two apartments all to be finished to BREEAM Excellence standard. The project will be completed ready for the occupation of students in September 2013 and our site team includes Bart Bristow, Steve Dimery and Matthew Cooper.
