We are delighted to announce that our project to restore the Pottern Barns on behalf of the Duchy of Cornwall has commenced on site.
Located near the village of Priston a few miles outside of Bath, the site has incredible views over the surrounding countryside.
The building was originally a terrace of 19th century farm workers cottages but has more recently been used as a pig barn and become partially ruined.
The proposal is to restore the building, to create a low-carbon family home that recreates the external appearance of the original terrace. The cottage gardens will be reinstated and include new apple orchard and vegetable patches.
