A delightful evening had for two members of our team last night at the City Restaurant, City of Bristol College.
Helen & Zoe were very kindly invited by Luke Hastings to a Gourmet Chef evening hosted by the talented catering students, their tutors Ryan Fernandes, Desmond Smith and guest Chef Matt Lord from the Compass Group.
The hospitality was excellent and the quality of the food presented was just outstanding. It was a long day for the catering students and they should be really proud of their performance catering for over 50 people on the day to such a high standard with faultless delivery. Well done to all the talented students, next stop Master Chef. ?
