Works to the 16th and 17th floors of Bristol's tallest high rise building are shortly due to commence and are the latest in a line of commercial office refurbishment works completed across the region by Bray & Slaughter. Working with building owner F&C Reit and The Bush Consultancy, the internal spaces will be upgraded to include new a/c systems, upgrades to the wc provision, new feature staircases and common parts and high quality metal pan ceilings and lighting. The completed works will provide over 11000 sq ft of high quality office space and an unrivalled view over the city!
