Last week Helen and Zoe were invited to take part in a morning of Mock Interview training with a group of young people at Knowle DGE.
Starting off with a small task involving the young people creating mind maps identifying their skills, it was amazing to see the collaborative ability within the groups. Many were natural leaders and others were quick learners. Moving onto bad/good interview skills and finishing off with 1-2-1 and group interviews.
A variety of local volunteers were present to assist these young minds in building upon their professional skill set. There is no doubt these students will achieve great things when entering the world of work.
