We are pleased to have been awarded the design and build contract for the new Tiddlers Day Nursery in Saltford. The scheme design involves extensive sub structures, block and beam flooring and a timber framed glulam structure with single ply roof and faceted elevations.
The new 2600 sq ft facility includes two classrooms, kitchen space, staff offices, WCs and apparatus storage. In order to access the proposed site substanial temporary roads and hardstandings will be formed. The construction programme is 22 weeks with completion in mid August. Works will be managed by Steve Dimery and Lawrence Slade.
