We are looking forward to starting a further project within the education sector, for our client South Gloucestershire Council. The refurbishment of the former Downend Day Care Centre on Overndale Road will create a school catering for pupils of primary school age. This fast track programme is due to complete in early 2016 and along with substantial internal remodelling and improvement, also includes external landscaping and a MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) pitch.
