In addition to the Combe Ward project (see news story below), we have also secured a contract to refurbish the delivery suites in the maternity department at the RUH. Works are due to commence in September and will require a phased programme to ensure that numerous delivery suites can still be utilised whilst the work is being carried out. We will be installing new bespoke bedhead units to cover existing electrical and medical gas outlets along with upgrading lighting, flooring and wall finishes to create a more relaxing environment for parents-to-be. This challenging contract will be supervised by Mike de Courcy and Leighton McCarthy.
