Design and Construction of Residential Development in Bristol.

The project comprised of the design and construction of 78 apartments comprising of 10 x 3 storey townhouses and 2 commercial outlet units. Carried out in two phases, phase 1 comprised of the construction of 41 No. apartments and commercial units, and phase 2 comprised of the construction of 37 No. apartments. The development was designed to achieve Code 4 Sustainable Homes rating and has many sustainable features including sedum roof, PV panels and bat and bird boxes.

The restoration of two Grade II Listed farm buildings.

Both buildings had been unoccupied for a number of years and a lot of the internal structures had become dilapidated and unstable.  The works comprised of  refurbishment and structural repairs including new small power and hot and cold water systems throughout, the restoration of existing lime plastering and overhaul of the existing retained joinery. New finishes throughout included kitchens, downstairs WC’s and ensuite bathrooms. Due to the listed nature of the building, all works were carried out in conjunction with the Conservation Officer approval.

The repurposing of a 1970's office accommodation building into a high quality mixed use development.

The scheme incorporates two wings containing 148 apartments, a residents sky garden and social space, a gymnasium and office space. The 15-storey west wing contains duplex penthouse apartments, which have an unrivalled view of the city below. We overcame many of the logistics, sequencing and technical challenges inherent in the refurbishment of tall buildings.

The project comprised the new build construction of a 6-storey residential concrete framed building.

Firepool is a collection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a 3 bedroom penthouse and 4 bedroom family town houses in the centre of Taunton. Overlooking the River Tone each home has either a terrace or balcony and each apartment benefits from lift access.

The project comprised the conversion of this 1872 Jacobethan Wills family home in Bristol into luxury apartments.

The building has now been transformed into 5 luxury 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, whilst the bottom of the 6 acres site now incorporates 6 detached new build properties.

The project comprised the conversion of a disused church into fully fitted residential apartments consisting of 1 and 2 bedrooms.

A number of the existing features of the church were retained which included ornate columns, stained glass windows and the bell tower which also comprised a 1 bedroom apartment.

The project consisted of the transformation of a substantial 1830s Grade II listed building from a care home into eight luxury apartments.

Works included the installation of luxury bathrooms and kitchens, new marble flooring throughout, a lift servicing all apartments, new windows, roof and services. The external façade was sympathetically cleaned and hard and soft landscaping was carried out to the front and back of the property.

The project included the demolition of the existing mansard structure and the construction of two new floors, creating a stunning three bed duplex apartment with fantastic views overlooking Bristol and the surrounding area.

The remaining floors were converted to create two further three bed apartments with lift access and underground parking and the ground floor was converted into premium office space.
