Work has started on the refurbishment and upgrade of one of Baths most unique Georgian Terraces. Somerset Place was constructed towards the end of the 18th century by John Eveleigh and is one of the five magnificent Crescents within the World Heritage Site of Bath.
Our works include the replacement and repair of roof coverings, repairs and cleaning to the external fabric, overhauling timber sash windows and internal alterations to return the properties to their former layout. The fast track project is due to complete in 11 weeks, is being managed by Andy McCormick and is our second project with Bath based Future Heritage.
