We have recently commenced the next phase of a project for the University of the West of England at The Hollies, which will entail the strip out and full internal refurbishment of 32 bedrooms, 3 large communal kitchens and numerous showers/WC's.
Adjacent properties will remain occupied during the course of works so our ability to plan, coordinate and complete the works in line with the programme requirements will be a significant challenge.
