Rosenberg House, Bath

The third phase of transforming St John’s Hospital’s city centre almshouses, Rosenberg House on Westgate Buildings, is now well underway. On behalf of the 840-year old Charity, we are bringing architect Stride Treglown’s designs for the building to life. A stunning atrium will welcome residents and visitors into the building and residents can look forward to new facilities such as an assisted bathroom, guest room and communal lounge. The 15 stunning new apartments will be ready for occupation in Summer 2015.
