A Winning Combination For Cask Store

Bray and Slaughter have been awarded the main contract to build Cask Store - the latest residential phase at the mixed use development, Finzels Reach in Bristol. We have been selected by developer Cubex due to our track record in residential schemes and those with a notable heritage including ss Great Britain, Marlborough College, Bristol Museum and M Shed.

With finishes selected by David Hutton Interiors, the high specification Cask Store apartments are well aligned with the contractors experience of delivering bespoke residential schemes; many of which are in prime residential areas such as Clifton, Tyndalls Park, Failand as well as further afield in Limpley Stoke, Marlborough and Bath City Centre.

High specification two bedroom apartments in Cask Store, all with secure underground car parking, are now available and come with the added benefit of much sought after 24/7 estate management and security services.

Gavin Bridge, Cubex director said: “We seek to work with locally based construction partners with a strong reputation for quality, service and attention to detail. We are delighted with the show apartments Bray and Slaughter have already delivered for us and look forward to working with them on this next phase of individually designed apartments.”

Grant Jefferies of Bray and Slaughter added: “Working behind a historic facade and next to the Floating Harbour poses its construction challenges, but we are delighted to work with Cubex and their design team again on what will be some of the most well specified and attractive apartments in Bristol.”
