Prince William House and Matthew House

We are adding to our portfolio of high quality student accommodation schemes with a new project for long term client Urban Creation. This scheme will breath life into two former office buildings on Colston Street in Bristol City Centre. Prince William House is a Grade II listed building and Matthew House is situated adjacent, both have stood empty for a number of years. The £4.3 million project will comprise of the creation of 75 new student bed rooms, a gym, cinema and bike store, including a new 4 story timber frame on Host Street. This will be a challenging project on a difficult site with complicated access in very busy part of the city but we have extensive experience of overcoming these challenges, having completed a number of large projects in the neighbourhood recently. The design team for this project include Studio Henley, Bentley Design Consultants and Drake Associates and the scheme will be ready for occupation for the start of the 2016 academic term.
