The contract was secured through a competitive tendering process under the Cardiff University framework. Works comprise of the internal and external refurbishment of 2 No. University Halls of residence at Cartwright Court and Nevern. Activities carried out to each block include predominantly of kitchen refurbishments, decorations, new flooring and M&E works. Both refurbishments are being carried out over the summer period.

These intense, time critical schemes will be delivered in partnership with our local supply chain and will create enhanced, high quality accommodation for 2018 intake of students at Cardiff University".
