Works have commenced on site in Stoke Gifford on two commercial properties for the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). Both Westward and Nicholson House are having a full refurbishment and office fit-out including complete installation of new M&E services. This design and build / NEC 3 project will allow HEFCE to reduce their carbon emissions and operate in a more efficient and environmentally friendly manner. The project team for this 21-week project includes Bob French, Neale Munro and Danny Turley.
