We are pleased to announce that we have commenced on site at Litfield Place, Clifton Village. The project consists of the conversion of a substantial 1830s Grade II listed building from a care home into 8 luxury apartments. Design Team members include Architects Nash Partnership, M&E Consultants Houghton Greenlees & Assoc and Structural Engineers Hydrock Structures 1. This is the first project secured by Bray and Slaughter for Kersfield Developments and adds to our expanding portfolio of high-end residential schemes.
