This 20 week project included substantial demolitions and strip out to bring the building back to an open plan design.
New mechanical and electrical services, including large plant upgrades were carried out.
10 new WCs were installed along with IPS and high quality tiles floors. New ceiling grids, soft floor finishes and fire doors were also included in the works.
The building fabric has been upgraded and a new external terrace space has been designed to compliment the fourth floor suite.
The project showcased our ability to enhance and work with the existing building to increase value and produce a marketable suite of offices.
