The time critical project included fitting out an existing industrial unit with steelwork, metsec, raised access flooring, partitioning, and hygienic wall finishes.
Key to the success of the project was incorporating a large amount of M&E plant and services into an existing structure while maintaining programme and a high standard of quality. This also included the client’s specialist sterile equipment.
