Refurbishment of existing student accommodation on the Glenside Campus.
The project comprised of the refurbishment and redecoration of cluster flats to 3 separate accommodation blocks. Works included new mechanical and electrical installation and the replacement of all kitchens and bathrooms along with painting and decorating the existing student bedrooms.
We have previously concluded two additional student accommodation refurbishments on campus.
