The building consists of a timber framed structure, clad with Weston Red Cedar, single-ply roofing, metal cladding and rendered panels.
Works included external hard and soft landscaping including the installation of several living walls and the construction of bin store, cycle store and private car park.
The 16 self contained studio flats each incorporated an en-suite, kitchenette and living space. The internal fit out was completed to a very high standard.
The site had an extremely restricted footprint and was situated within a residential area which incorporated three separate Party Wall Agreements with neighbours.
The project was completed within a tight 26-week programme ready for the students to move in at the start of term.
