A huge thank you to the City of Bristol College City Restaurant team for a fabulous evening of gourmet food and drink enjoyed by all our guests representing The Courts project team.
Our guests from Creative Youth Network, Purcell, Concept Engineering Services, Mann Williams Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers, QODA Consulting, AMP Electrical, North Bristol Plastering and John Boyce, enjoyed a 5-course meal and the opportunity to collaborate away from the work environment, swiftly followed by a quiz developed by Zoe Koeberg.
The sun was shining, the atmosphere was perfect, food was outstanding and the service provided was Top Class. We could not recommend these Gourmet Dinners highly enough, not only is it a great way to collaborate with our guests, it is a brilliant opportunity for the catering and hospitality students to demonstrate their skills in a busy restaurant environment, whilst consistently presenting a high level of professionalism throughout.
A big shout out to Ryan Fernandes, Desmond Smith, Michael Cowley and all the students who worked so hard to ensure the evening was a success.
