The restoration of two Grade II Listed farm buildings.
Both buildings had been unoccupied for a number of years and a lot of the internal structures had become dilapidated and unstable. The works comprised of refurbishment and structural repairs including new small power and hot and cold water systems throughout, the restoration of existing lime plastering and overhaul of the existing retained joinery. New finishes throughout included kitchens, downstairs WC’s and ensuite bathrooms. Due to the listed nature of the building, all works were carried out in conjunction with the Conservation Officer approval.
