Design and Construction of Residential Development in Bristol.

The project comprised of the design and construction of 78 apartments comprising of 10 x 3 storey townhouses and 2 commercial outlet units. Carried out in two phases, phase 1 comprised of the construction of 41 No. apartments and commercial units, and phase 2 comprised of the construction of 37 No. apartments. The development was designed to achieve Code 4 Sustainable Homes rating and has many sustainable features including sedum roof, PV panels and bat and bird boxes.

Bankside is a new development for Juniper Homes on Coronation Road in Southville, Bristol. Designed by O’Leary Goss Architects, the 78 residential units will be arranged in apartment blocks around two courtyards and will comprise six apartment blocks and a terrace of mews housing. The Coronation Road frontage reflects the colours and bay rhythms of the nearby late Georgian terraces, and the apartments will all have balconies or small gardens as a private amenity space. The first phase includes forty apartments, from one to three bedrooms in size, plus four commercial units, and was completed in Spring 2017. Developer: Juniper Homes.
