Works comprised of the restoration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed property on the site of the Bristol & Bath Science Park and known as Newlands Farm.
The building has been extensively refurbished and converted to mixed office, conference, exhibition and meeting space.
Detailed work comprised of; external repairs and restoration, including re-roofing and masonry repairs, the construction of 2 No. extensions serving as reception and covered walkway, internal refurbishment included new mechanical and electrical installation, redecoration throughout and external landscaping.
Due to the Grade II listed property status of the building, all works and use of materials were observed by the Conservation Officer and signed off upon completion.
